About GlucoGuide

GlucoGuide was created to help Hispanic families understand and organize everyday information related to blood sugar.

Our mission

We turn complex information about blood sugar and diabetes into clear, practical guides that are easy to understand in Spanish and English.

GlucoGuide combines personal tracking tools with free educational content to help people become better informed about their health.

Who created GlucoGuide

GlucoGuide is an independent project created by Medardo Molina, a Salvadoran creator living in Long Island, New York.

The project grew from his personal interest in understanding how meals and daily habits relate to his own glucose readings and from his desire to share what he learns with the Hispanic community.

Personal experience can inspire useful questions and examples, but it does not replace clinical training. Our guides identify their sources and clearly separate general education from individual medical care.

What we offer

We publish educational guides about blood sugar readings, food, physical activity, medicines, and safety.

Our tool allows users to organize personal information, observe trends, and prepare records that they may discuss with a qualified health professional.

Who we help

GlucoGuide is designed especially for people and families looking for clear information in English or Spanish about diabetes, prediabetes, and everyday blood sugar management.

Our limits

GlucoGuide does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, or replace physicians, diabetes educators, or registered dietitians.

Decisions involving medicines, insulin, pregnancy, kidney disease, or emergencies must be made with qualified health professionals.
